03The math

Per-seat pricing taxes the thing you want to do.

Grow the crew, grow the bill — forever, and on someone else’s schedule. Here is the same company priced both ways across twelve months. Our column never depends on headcount — and after the balance is paid, it reads zero.

CrewPer-seat platform, per yearEaverowYou keep
5$9,900 – $18,000$3,600$6,300 – $14,400
12$23,760 – $43,200$3,600$20,160 – $39,600
20$39,600 – $72,000$3,600$36,000 – $68,400
40$79,200 – $144,000$3,600$75,600 – $140,400

Where these numbers come from. AccuLynx publishes no pricing; its only public figure is a $250/mo Essential plan. The $165–300 per-user range is what independent 2026 reviews report, and real quotes are negotiated — which is exactly why we print a range instead of pretending to know your invoice. Our column is our published pace, $300 a month toward $18,000 — and unlike theirs, it ends.

04The payoff

Every subscription is forever. This one is $18,000, and then it’s over.

It works like the note on a truck: one number, pay it down however your cash runs, and there is a date after which it is yours. Every dollar goes to the balance. No discount for paying fast, no penalty for paying slow — a dollar is a dollar. Stop anytime and the balance keeps everything you’ve paid.

We publish what serving you costs us, every year. When it falls, these rates fall. That’s in the contract.

Where the $300 goes, while you’re paying: running your account costs us a published fraction of it — the rest pays the people building the product. You are not subsidising a sales floor.

What we are promising, precisely. Not a lifetime license bought up front — those are only as good as the company that sold them, and this trade has been burned by enough of them. You pay as you go, at a published price, and if you stop, every dollar you’ve paid stays on your balance. The promise only has to hold after you have already paid us in full. If we are not here by then, you paid a fair rate for the years you used it and lost nothing. The risk is ours, which is the only arrangement we would ask you to believe.
