One platform for the whole job
From the first knock to the final payment, Eaverow keeps sales, production, and the homeowner on the same page — literally. We’re pre-launch and we build in the open: every checkmark below is a flow that works in the build today, and everything else says roadmap in plain sight.
CRM & job file
Every lead, homeowner, and job lives in one pipeline and one job file. Stages move by doing the work — send the estimate, collect the signature, raise the invoice — so the board always tells the truth about where a job stands.
- Pipeline from lead to paid with a fixed milestone spine (plus a dead list with reasons)
- One job file: photos, documents, estimates, invoices, activity trail, contact, and the homeowner dashboard link
- Photos in capture-time order, with queued uploads that retry per file — a failed shot never blocks the ones behind it
- Documents on the job — contracts, permits, and reports attached to the record
- Contact list with editing, bulk start-jobs, and CSV import that maps AccuLynx exports
- Every step recorded on an activity timeline — who did what, when
On the roadmap
- Messages on the job file — the file becomes the whole conversation, too
- Fuzzy search by partial address, material, or note
- Tasks with cascades — completing one auto-creates the next
Sales & estimating
Turn an inspection into a signable proposal with options, from any device. The homeowner picks a tier and signs on the spot — e-signature is built in, not a bolt-on you pay extra for.
- Good/better/best options the homeowner picks from in one proposal
- Line items with quantities, live totals, tax, and discounts
- Mobile estimating — build and send from the truck, not just the office
- Tokenized signing link: tier picker, drawn signature, and a legal e-sign disclosure
- Multiple estimates per job, with the signed option feeding the invoice
On the roadmap
- Reusable templates over a price book you own outright
- Per-line waste, margin, and overhead modeling
- Estimate drafting from the measurement, human-approved line by line — the job record is designed to be model-readable, and this ships when it's ready, not at launch
Production
Fast followToday the job file carries status, photos, and the activity trail through the build; the rest of the production suite — checklists, scheduling — lands as a fast follow.
- Job status and the shared activity trail through production
- Progress photos on the job file, shared to the homeowner when you choose
- Mark dead / reopen with reasons, so the pipeline stays honest
On the roadmap
- Checklists and tasks on the job file, with completion cascades
- Drag-and-drop production calendar with conflict alerts
- Labor manager, work orders, and a bundled crew app (EN/ES)
- External calendar sync (Google, Outlook, Apple)
Measurements
Fast followMeasurements live on the estimate as fields you fill today; the pipe that pulls them in and grosses them up is a fast follow.
- Manual measurement entry on the estimate
On the roadmap
- Universal measurement-XML import and a Hover connection (self-serve)
- Measurements auto-populating estimate quantities, with a waste-factor engine
- Native ordering from aerial providers — designed to integrate with EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, and others, pending partner agreements
Supplier ordering
RoadmapMaterial orders built from the estimate without re-keying — this module is designed, not yet built, and we say so here rather than sell it to you early.
On the roadmap
- Contractor-owned materials library and price book
- One-click estimate-to-material-order conversion with branded PDF/email POs
- Live, direct-to-branch ordering with account pricing — designed to integrate with major distributors, pending partner agreements
Insurance & supplements
RoadmapRestoration tooling ships in slices. The claim record is the first: carrier, claim and policy number, date and cause of loss, the adjuster, and the money figures off the carrier's summary page — on the job file, not buried in an estimate note. Supplements, scopes, and the company-wide trackers are still ahead.
On the roadmap
- Supplement records with staged line items and negotiation notes
- Company-wide supplement, permit, and mortgage-check trackers
Invoicing & payments
One click turns the signed option into an invoice — same numbers, no re-keying — and it lands in the homeowner's dashboard with the balance they owe.
- Invoices generated from the signed estimate in one click
- Email the invoice as a PDF, with delivery receipts — sent, delivered, opened — so “I never got it” has an answer
- Manual payment recording — card, ACH, check, or cash — with balances kept live
- Payment activity on the job timeline, receipt to the record
On the roadmap
- Online card payments from the client dashboard (via Stripe) — built, switching on with our live payments cutover
- Bank-transfer (ACH) payment from the dashboard — card is built, ACH is not yet
- Partial, installment, and progress invoice modes
- A/R aging and a receivables tracker for collections
- QuickBooks Online sync (customer, invoice, and payment)
- Embedded homeowner financing — requires a lending partner
Reporting & your data
Today the live pipeline board is the report: every job, its stage, and its money on one screen. And the export we said would ship before any other reporting feature is live — because your data being yours is policy, not a feature.
- One-click full-account export from Settings — every record as plain CSV, plus signature images and your photo & document files, in one zip. Free, unlimited.
On the roadmap
- Pipeline snapshot, sales, lead-source-ROI, and closing-rate reports
- Job-profitability and A/R reports
- Drag-and-drop custom report builder and composable dashboards
Client dashboard
The headline of Eaverow, and it's bundled on every plan. Every job gets a private link the homeowner can open any time — status, approvals, and billing without calling your office.
- Private tokenized dashboard link on every job — no homeowner login to manage
- Job status tracker from estimate through paid, always current
- Proposal review and e-sign approval, right in the dashboard
- Project photos you choose to share — the before/during/after story, per photo
- Invoice view with the balance owed, and a homeowner-filtered activity feed
On the roadmap
- Card payment from the dashboard — switching on with the live payments cutover
- Shared documents on the dashboard
- Two-way messaging routed into the job file
- Role-scoped views for adjusters and property managers
Mobile
One responsive app serves the office and the truck, so the phone runs the same flows as the desktop — estimating, signing, and payment recording included.
- Full job records on any phone — same app as the office
- Mobile estimating, in-person e-sign on the tablet, and payment recording
- Photo capture from the phone, through a visible queue that retries file by file
On the roadmap
- Installable app (PWA)
- Offline-first sync and native apps — a later phase, so we don't promise offline now
- Texting and job messaging from the field
- Bundled crew app for scheduling, check-in/out, and progress photos
Automations
RoadmapDesigned, not yet built: follow-ups, status updates, and hand-offs that fire as jobs move. Today the activity trail records every step automatically; the triggers come next.
On the roadmap
- Triggers on job and milestone events with relative timing
- Automated email (and texting, when it ships) with delivery receipts, plus task creation
- Task cascades and a starter recipe library
- The "does-the-work" features — drafting supplements, auto-tagging photos, semantic search — ship as they're ready, with a human approving every output
Your crew, and who sees what
Accounts are one login per company today. Adding your crew — with a role each — is built and lands next; when it does there is still never a per-user charge, because the price on our pricing page is for the company, however many people you put in it.
- Email/password sign-in with company-scoped data access
- A per-record activity trail — who did what, when — on every job
- Company profile — name, phone, license number — printed on your invoices
On the roadmap
- Invite your crew by email; they set their own password from the link
- Four roles — owner, admin, sales rep, production — set per person and changed any time
- Company money (your bill, your payment settings, the full-account export) stays with owners and admins; job money stays visible to everyone who works the job
- Remove someone and their access is gone immediately
- Job-level scoping — limiting a rep to only their own jobs
- Two-factor auth and single sign-on
- An exportable audit log
- Self-serve API keys and webhooks with read and write endpoints
- Multi-location management
Switching without losing your history
Leaving software you've used for years is the scariest part of any change, so we treat the move itself as a product. Bring what your current system lets you export, recover the rest from the tools you ran alongside it, and know before you commit exactly what does and doesn't carry over.
- Contact and customer import from any CSV export, with smart column mapping
- Onboarding that asks which tools you already use — measurements, photos, accounting, phone — and walks you through each partner's own clean export
- A straight answer up front about what your old platform lets you take with you, and what it doesn't
On the roadmap
- Guided migration playbooks for the most common roofing platforms, including job history and pipeline import
- Concierge migration help for documents and photos — honestly scoped as best-effort, because some systems don't let that data out
